Welcome

I’ve spent most of my life on the sidelines, with a deep belief that sports can be something more than just competition.

For over 30 years, I’ve coached youth athletes at nearly every level. I’ve led one of the largest soccer clubs in the state of Oregon. I’ve watched thousands of kids grow, struggle, learn, and transform. And somewhere along the way, I began to understand that what I was doing had less to do with the game and more to do with the humans inside the jersey.
